C-TECH and WITTENSTEIN increase output to 620 packages per hour thanks to smart gear solutions.

Together with WITTENSTEIN, the ultra-fast Robopacker has been taken to a new level of performance: thanks to a complete redesign and the use of our alpha Basic Line and alpha Value Line gearboxes, output has increased from 450 to an impressive 620 packages per hour. A powerful example of smart technology and perfect teamwork.

C-TECH, part of the Valtech Group, has more than 20 years of experience in the design and integration of customized systems, material handling solutions, and logistics equipment. From robust machines for solid board to ultra-fast Robopackers, the packaging specialist is constantly developing innovations and improvements. A unique selling point of C-TECH: the company supplies complete systems – including feeders, packers, and palletizers. This makes it a one-stop shop for customers worldwide.

The Robopacker was fundamentally optimized in collaboration with C-TECH and the cymex® design tool. The previous heavy gearboxes were replaced by compact models from the WITTENSTEIN alpha Basic Line and alpha Value Line – for more power and less space requirements. The result: 38% more output, faster cycle times, and less stress on the linear axes. Thanks to cymex®, motion profiles can be easily adjusted without the need for extensive training. This results in maximum efficiency with a minimal footprint.
