More than half of them are still part of the company today—many now in positions of responsibility or as proven specialists. I am one of them, and I still have good reasons to stay. Please apply as early as possible. This will give you safety about your future and allow you to concentrate fully on completing your school education. However, last-minute applications for positions that are still advertised are also welcome. ##### Can I apply for several jobs at the same time if I am still unsure? Since there are some apprenticeships and degree programs that are very similar in terms of content, it is entirely possible to keep your options open. We are therefore happy to accept more than one application from you, but please let us know which one is your priority. If you are not sure what is really right for you, you can also do an internship with us at any time. Together, we will shape your career path at WITTENSTEIN. ##### In what form should I send the application? Please apply using our online tool. You will find it directly in the connection to each job advertisement. You don't need to create an account with us, just provide a few details such as your contact information and a short resume. ##### Which file formats can be used? Please use .pdf, .doc, .docx, or .rar file formats. ZIP archives cannot be processed. ##### How do I know that my application has been received? You will receive confirmation of receipt within two business days. ##### How do you choose among the candidates? Once you have piqued our interest, we will invite you to an introductory meeting. This may even be a whole day dedicated to getting to know each other. This will give you a first impression of our training department or a specialist area and allow you to convince us even more of your suitability. Show us that you have the right properties for your dream job. ##### How can I prepare for the introductory meeting? Think about your future and your future job: What are you particularly interested in? What are your expectations of your training or studies, and why are you the right person for us? Talk to your friends or family about possible questions you would like to ask us or that might be asked of you. Try to become aware of your strengths and think about what experience you already have. Show us that you have researched our company and our products. ##### What requirements do I have to meet in order to get a place on a training course or at university? The individual job descriptions specify what you should bring to the table. In addition, it is important to us that you are genuinely enthusiastic about what you set out to do.
