WITTENSTEIN's smart service continuously collects all relevant data from the drive train – including temperature, vibration, operating time, speed, torque, and current – and makes it available via standardized interfaces for higher-level systems. Whether PLC, IPC, cloud, or other smart services such as cynapse® Monitor or Analyze – cynapse® Connect enables seamless integration into existing system landscapes. The solution is “ready to use”: it requires no programming effort and is immediately ready for use, e.g., as part of the cynapse® Starter Kit. Through cyclical data acquisition and forwarding, cynapse® Connect creates the basis for condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and data-based process optimization.
