Our brushless servo motors are used in over 20,000 downhole systems worldwide. They are inserted in rotary steerable systems (RSS), power generation, pulsers, MWD and LWD technologies, wireline tools, downhole tractors, coiled tubing systems and completion applications such as valve actuators.

#####   Key features

Our motors are designed for extreme operating conditions: with outer diameters of 22–76.2 mm, a voltage range of 48–800 VDC, and resistance to temperatures up to 450°F/232°C and spinning pressures up to 35K PSI/2100 bar. You are fully submersible in hydraulic oil and offer high shock and vibration resistance. Thanks to our experienced engineering team, we can quickly adapt and integrate our products to meet your exact requirements.

WITTENSTEIN offers highly integrated mechatronic systems with extremely robust designs and high-precision calibrations specifically for processing and transporting oil and gas below the sea surface. Our valve actuators, which control many different types of valves, are an outstanding example of this.
The SSEAC® can be used for throttle, gate, and ball valves.
These actuators are optionally designed with redundancy and are used at depths of up to 3000 meters, with a service life of 25 years.
