At WITTENSTEIN, this has been a reality for 25 years. The World Garden at the company’s headquarters in Igersheim-Harthausen surrounds the buildings of this family-owned business. It brings together nature, architecture, and art. In 2025, WITTENSTEIN will celebrate this anniversary with a film that impressively showcases this symbiosis. A place that surprises: Instead of concrete and a leveled site, the WITTENSTEIN buildings at the headquarters in Igersheim-Harthausen join into a landscape that has retained its natural contours. Trees, shrubs, and flowers grow all around—and sculptures can be discovered among them. For 25 years, the WITTENSTEIN World Garden has been more than just a green gem. It embodies the family-owned company’s international orientation and its values: responsibility, trust, openness, innovation, and change. With over 500 trees and shrubs from countries where WITTENSTEIN operates, the garden tells a story of global thinking and sustainable action. As early as 2006, it was honored as a “Selected Site” as part of the “Germany – Land of Ideas” initiative. In 2025, another accolade was added. At the Princely Garden Days in Langenburg, the World Garden received the title “Garden of the Year 2025/2026.” The competition recognizes concepts that combine nature, creativity, and community. To mark the World Garden’s anniversary, a film was also produced that shows how entrepreneurship, nature, and technology intertwine at WITTENSTEIN. It highlights what makes the World Garden special: it is a place of encounter, reflection, and inspiration—and a living symbol of responsibility in action. The anniversary film is now available on the WITTENSTEIN group’s YouTube channel (@WITTENSTEIN\_group).
