The brushless cyber® vacuum motor servo motors are designed for use in a vacuum and offer maximum reliability and vacuum suitability. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and materials selected to prevent outgassing, the drives significantly reduce the cycle times for generating the vacuum and operate at a pressure of up to10-6 mbar and an ambient temperature of up to 40°C.
