Unlike universal programs, we tailor your training entirely to you, based on your prior knowledge, your future tasks, and your role.

You can find out what experience is helpful for a particular position in the individual job advertisements. However, we do not categorize positions according to this, as personal strengths are often more important than career history.

You do not need to create an account with us to use this tool. Simply provide us with a few details, such as your contact information, your resume, and your salary expectations.

Your resume is extremely helpful in introducing yourself quickly and efficiently. If you would like to tell us more about yourself and your interests, we would be happy to receive a cover letter and certificates. It can be very helpful to let us know when we can best reach you by phone. That way, we don't have to communicate with you solely by email.

As a new employee, you will participate in our induction program during your first few months. This includes seminars and workshops, which you will decide on together with your manager. You will also receive individual training in your department. In addition, you will be assigned a mentor who will provide you with personal support.

On your first day at work, we will give you a detailed introduction to our company structure. You will also receive important instructions on occupational safety and IT guidelines. In addition, you will learn everything you need to know about our company, and we will accompany you to your department and introduce you to your colleagues.
