A boost in performance
The highlight is the cyber® dynamic line servo motors in the new 60 mm size, designed for highly dynamic and precise motion control. At the same time, the entire high-power-density motor family has received multiple technical upgrades: additional cable solutions with a 90° radial outlet for space-saving installations, new encoder and brake options, and an expanded cable selection for applications involving drag chains or torsional loads. The motors can optionally be equipped with holding brakes, planetary gears, or ball screws.
The compact and connective cyber® simco® drive 2 servo controllers feature CIP Sync real-time functionality and STO safety functions. Furthermore, the motor-integrated version of the cyber® dynamic system impresses with decentralized intelligence directly at the axis, saving space in the control cabinet. All of this offers you new freedom in machine design.
cyber® simco® line
cyber® simco® drive 2 is a servo controller for sinusoidally commutated servo motors with a voltage range of 12 to 60 VDC and a peak power of up to 10 kW.
The servo controllers are available as a control cabinet version with protection class IP20 or as a decentralized version with protection class IP65.

Featuring a high-quality stainless steel housing and an absolute encoder, the cyber® dynamic line motor series offers the highest levels of reliability and precision.

In the linear actuators of the cyber® dynamic line, the servomotor, ball screw, linear guide, and encoder system form a self-contained, highly integrated, and ready-to-install unit.

The cyber® dynamic system compact drive system, together with a size 40 dynamic motor and the simco® 2 controller family, forms an ultra-compact unit designed for decentralized applications.
cyber® power supply
The efficient DIN-rail power supplies in the cyber® power supply series are the perfect complement to the industrial-grade small servo drive system. The product portfolio includes single-phase and three-phase DIN-rail power supplies that deliver an output voltage of 24–55 VDC and a power output of up to 960 W.
cyber® distribution box
The cyber® distribution box enables low-effort and cost-effective cabling of up to six axes in decentralized machines with a large number of servo axes distributed throughout the system. Or even more, since additional distribution modules can be daisy-chained as an alternative. The perfect solution for simplified cabling of decentralized drive systems.
An excellent solution for complex drive applications
Interfaces
The small servo drive system is with the flexible fieldbus interfaces, EtherCAT, PROFINET RT / IRT, EtherNet/IP CIP Sync, CANopen, Sercos III and TCP/IP open for the connection to very different controllers. The Multi-Ethernet-Interface allows you to freely choose between the fieldbus variants EtherCAT, PROFINET, Sercos III as well as EtherNet/IP CIP Sync with one and the same hardware. You can also benefit from OPC UA (Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture) for platform- and vendor-independent data exchange as well as safe communication up to SIL3 and PL e Category 4 via PROFIsafe and CIP Safety.
