Depending on your requirements, e.g., for the racks, we use different manufacturing processes that can be flexibly adapted. Our portfolio includes both inductive-hardened and case-hardened racks with perfectly matched bores and lengths. Innovative mounting concepts, such as the R-flange on the gearbox and INIRA® for precise and efficient rack mounting, round off our systems.

The Value Linear Systems are adapted to linear applications in the Value Segment with comparatively low requirements in terms of smooth running, positioning accuracy and feed force. Typical fields of application include wood working machinery, plasma cutting systems and automation.

Advanced Linear Systems are optimally suited for applications with mid-level to high requirements for smooth running, positioning accuracy, and feed force.

The Premium Linear Systems are adapted specifically to applications with extremely high demands in terms of smooth running, positioning accuracy and feed force. They offer drives with an outstanding power density, maximum linear system rigidity and extreme precision both in a single drive and master/slave configuration for maximum design freedom. The option of downsizing also offers savings potential in the drive train.

Our preferred linear systems are always comprised of the perfect combination of gearbox, pinion, rack and lubrication system. Our preferred linear systems are optimized in terms of the degree of utilization of the individual components as well as the feed force, feed speed and rigidity, and are specially selected for the Value, Advanced and Premium segments. The time-consuming search for the most suitable components for your particular application is now a thing of the past.

INIRA® The revolution in rack assembly

INIRA® combines our existing innovative concepts for the simple, safe and efficient assembly of racks. INIRA® clamping and INIRA® adjusting have already made the assembly of racks much faster, more accurate and more ergonomic. INIRA® pinning is setting new benchmarks in pinning and is further revolutionizing rack assembly.

Revolutionary solutions for mounting of racks

Simply faster and more ergonomic

Previously, enormous effort was required to clamp racks to the machine bed using screw clamps. INIRA® clamping integrates the clamping device in the rack. The rack incorporates a assembly sleeve which is guided over the head of the fastening screw to ensure quick and ergonomic clamping.

The time required for assembly has been cut by up to 50%, depending on the application.
