We develop fascinating solutions for space
WITTENSTEIN has been developing components for use in space for many years.
In 2012, the SHEFEX II missile took off on its first test flight into space. At that time, four WITTENSTEIN drives in the nose of the rocket were a central part of the flight control system.
Today, we are working in close alliance with the start-up LEOspace, which specializes in propulsion technology for space. The founders of this company are Dr. Manfred Wittenstein and Dr. Daniel Wittenstein.
We build cryostats that set standards
An outstanding example of this is the ultra-compact 19-inch atto CMC. It is the world's first and only system that can be operated at
a base temperature of 2.3 K without cooling water or additional laboratory infrastructure. This revolutionizes quantum information processing.

Pioneers on the road – that's the name of our innovative training concept, which takes up a medieval tradition and reinterprets it in the context of hiking.
Our aim is to promote the personal development and cultural education of young employees. After completing their training or studies, the road trip offers a very special experience abroad.
Young people set themselves a task and organize their stay. In doing so, they break new ground and broaden their horizons.
