Rack and pinion system

The Premium Linear Systems are specially designed for applications with high to very high demands on smooth running, positioning accuracy and feed force. They offer maximum drive power density and maximum overall linear rigidity. The same applies to extreme precision – both in the individual drive and in master-slave configuration for the highest possible degree of freedom in the design. The downsizing option also offers potential savings in the drive train. Possible use in laser machines, CNC machining centers for wood, plastics and composites, cutting machine tools, e.g. HSC milling machines and in highly dynamic and precise handling applications.
