Gearbox with cynapse®
Feature integrated sensors for recording operating data such as temperature, vibration, and operating hours.
IO-Link master
Serves as an interface for transmitting sensor data from the gearbox to controllers or higher-level systems.
Industrial PC
As a local platform for executing container-based applications—with Docker runtime, smart services can be operated directly on the machine, independently of cloud infrastructures.
Smart services
The smart services analyze and visualize drive train operating data in real time. They support condition assessment, threshold value monitoring, and early fault detection.
