cynapse® Analyze – Health Index is a smart solution for real-time condition monitoring of gearboxes and drive components. The digital smart service continuously analyzes operating data such as temperature, speed, torque, and operating hours directly from the drive train – locally, securely, and without any programming effort.

The integrated Health Index analysis tool evaluates the actual load on your gearboxes based on over 40 years of gearbox expertise. The current condition is visualized using an intuitive traffic light system (green, yellow, red) and with an extension of specific recommendations for maintenance or replacement – for maximum availability and minimal downtime.

A special highlight is the utilization radar, which indicates whether your gearboxes are operating continuously within the permissible load limits. This allows you to identify overload situations at an early stage and take targeted measures to optimize service life.
