You will quickly take on responsibility and help shape exciting projects. As a value-oriented family business, we provide targeted training for our junior staff in well over 20 different occupations and courses of study. Because we want to win you over for a long-term future together, we use innovative methods to impart job-related know-how while also promoting the development of your personality and talents.
Starting your career at WITTENSTEIN
The WITTENSTEIN talent arena is our state-of-the-art training and education center. It houses workshops and training rooms where our instructors impart comprehensive knowledge and skills to you.

We don't just prepare you for the job. We also promote your personal development. Social internships, company training on socially relevant topics, and projects all contribute to this.

- Voluntary internship
With this training model, the normal training period is extended by one year. During this additional time, you will receive language lessons and tutoring in important school subjects. This will give you a good foundation for successfully completing the program.
At our training locations in Igersheim-Harthausen and Fellbach, we offer 25 different apprenticeships and degree programs, which are taken up by 130 apprentices and students.
