axenia value is a compact servo actuator that has been specially developed for hygiene-critical applications in accordance with EHEDG guidelines. With its robust stainless steel construction, high resistance to cleaning and scalable performance, it meets the highest requirements in the automation of sensitive production processes.

Power density
Thanks to the compact and coupling-free design, the performance relative to the installation length is approximately 30% higher than for comparable gear drives.
Certifications and guidelines (in preparation)
Comprehensive market access is facilitated by UL approval (in preparation), DFC certification and development according to EHEDG specifications.
Reliability
The specified performance data has been measured in our laboratory. When using individual components from different manufacturers, derating of 30 to 50% is generally required.
Connectivity
Wide selection of analog and digital motor encoders together with 1-cable connection for operation on all commercially available servo controllers.
Resistance
The actuator as a unit is lab-tested according to protection class IP69X (30 bar). The material 1.4404 of the housing and the material of the seals boast very high resistance under regular cleaning conditions.
